PROPERTY CURRENTLY UNDERGOING MINOR MAINTENANCE - viewing times will not be until maintenance work is near completion
Fancy living right by the Hakarimata walkway? This 3 bedroom home was renovated approximately in 2022 with the interior repainted, new carpet and curtains. The bedrooms & lounge are a good size, the bathroom is modern but has a low pressure hot water cylinder. The toilet is separate, located off the laundry. Outside there is a carport, concrete driveway, storage shed & decks front & back. The section is fenced. Please note: The photographs are from 2022 after the renovation.
We are looking for professional long term tenants with great references from Landlords & good credit. Reference & credit checks will be completed when we have a preferred applicant.
