Paul worked hard over 3 months, and was patient when things didn't go according to plan.

It was a challenging sale with 3 joint owners to work with in different parts of the South Island. He hung in there for over three months with many open home viewings. And when things didn't go according to plans because of an unforeseen problem he was patient and we were able to work together to resolve the issue through a second purchaser.
