Excellent result in a competitive townhouse market!

My wife and I approached Team Anderton on the back of a recommendation made. We weren't disappointed. We went through a tender process where we compared both Paul's marketing proposal and another. It was clear from that first meeting (and the proposal submission), that Paul knew his market well and the strategy proposed made practical, sound sense. This was unlike the other plan which was incomplete and fanciful. Being a pragmatic and proactive couple - and perhaps lacking in patience :) - we constantly proposed/challenged new sales and marketing ideas to Paul and Caitlin. We were so grateful of the open nature and spirit with which they received our suggestions. As a collective buyer and seller team we were able to collaborate well together on evolving the strategy until that right buyer appeared. Caitlin (Paul's daughter) was able to close on a satisfactory number to us. In the closing stages of the process, Caitlin showed true sales acumen and professionalism and she offered us wise advice which we both appreciated when the counter was presented and accepted by the buyer.
