As a casual Landlord I contacted another Real Estate and they were rude and not interested in my business as they were too busy. I then contacted LJ Hooker who were a breath of fresh air, happy and a pleasure to deal with. Sandra had excellent communication and found us great tenants. Sandra was driving past our property and saw a car there one evening. Knowing the property was empty she thought that was odd, checked it out to find my husband had arrived and didn't have keys. Sandra popped back to the office and dropped keys back to him. Amazing service and wine will be coming her way when I am next in Matamata. Would recommend LJ Hooker for Renting and Selling, it is so refreshing to deal with people happy to be at work and do a great job.
