Going above and beyond to help

I have have had two rental properties with you, one for 20 years and one for 7 years. With both properties being sold and the journey coming to an end, I just had to write to you and let you know that I feel quite sad about it all. Kevin has been really amazing, nothing is ever a problem and he has gone above and beyond to help me. From organising trades people to receiving weekly rent from the tenants. His communication is excellent, such a nice person to deal with. Thank you so much for a fabulous partnership.
