We decided to sell our rental property in Cambridge due to the recent Government changes to the residential property tenancy rules. Gerda was highly recommended from a high profile property expert friend in Auckland so we asked her to provide a property appraisal along with 2 other Cambridge real estate companies. Gerda's appraisal was accurate and to the point. She recommended a couple of minor things we should do it prior to marketing the property which the other companies did not do which we thought was great advice. As we live in Auckland and could not travel to Cambridge during the boarder closure, Gerda was able to liase with the contractors about what we needed doing and provide access. We staged the property using a local Cambridge company and Gerda was able to coordinate this on our behalf, as a result of the staging and the minor things we did to the property it looked spectacular in the marketing photos. Gerda recommended the auctioneer we use as she has had 100% success using him as the auctioneer. Our auction result was no different and Gerda and the auctioneer achieved a great outcome for us.
