Kevin, Lawrence, Johnny and Lindi Thank you, Kevin and Lawrence, for marketing and selling our home. Throughout the entire process, you kept us informed every day about the progress and what we could expect next, which gave us great reassurance. Kevin, you have such a calm and reassuring manner, which made us feel completely at ease. I’m sure that same calm approach helped prospective buyers feel comfortable throughout the process as well. Johnny, you were brilliant on the day. Even though we didn’t reach our “magic figure”, you weren’t pushy. Instead, you helped us understand that we needed to be realistic about the market and the situation on the day. We really appreciated your honest and professional approach. Lindi, thank you for keeping us in the loop with all the paperwork and explaining what would happen next. Your support made what could have been an even more daunting process much easier for us. Selling our home after 26 years was a very emotional and daunting experience. Ultimately, though, we were able to make our own decision, and we are very happy that our home is going to be loved and enjoyed by its new owners just as much as we have loved it. Thank you all for your professionalism, patience, guidance and support throughout the journey. We now look forward to our next venture in life and the exciting chapter ahead!
