We had used Leon before with extremely successful results. This time, our house was sold under Waikato lockdown, so mainly dealt with by contactless occasions. The photos taken as arranged, the very few open homes done by appointment only. Leon did some digital open homes, for potential buyers in Auckland who could not cross the boundary. We were encouraged to go to auction, which we accepted, and were very satisfied with the results. The morning of the auction, we signed the papers Leon bought out to us, with us having decided on our market price. As we were still under lockdown conditions, the auction was held with phone in only. We sat in our family room, watching 5 or 6 registered bidders. Their bids were up on the screen behind the auctioneer before he called it, so was easy to follow. On the hammer we were extremely pleased with the outcome, as the whole system worked flawlessly.
