We were of two minds as to whether we would put our house on the market as we believed we might actually lose money in the present climate; however, when Mel had a discussion with us over our concerns we decided to go forward and sell our home. Mel made everything happen very easily concerning the marketing, photos and viewings. We were to have our first open home but we had already had a multiple offer situation within three days an offer had been accepted by us. I might add the offer was considerably more than we expected.
