Room for improvement

Adrian didn’t know much about the property. I asked if all the buildings/sheds were consented he said yes. He emailed through the lim where we saw 2 rooms/extensions to the property had no consent. We asked other common rural property questions and he said he would have to check with the owner, like how many water tanks were connected and if they used the bore. We had to chase for most our answers and for what happens next. Also still waiting for the sold sign to be collected and we settled 5 days ago.
