Ricky Cave and his staff certainly had a high level of market knowledge communicated well and exercised a high level of professionalism the period when the property was for sale late January to May 2023 was a particulary trying period with the market falling rapidly During that time I believe there should of been monthly reviews face to face with myself and my son Blair( the vendors) and Ricky and Jayne ( the Agents ) With more detail of actual property sales in the area.
