ELEVATED BEACH BABE - SEA VIEWS

Impeccably re-imagined, this original 70s home has been expertly and beautifully curated to create beach lifestyle living at its best. Every part of this home has been meticulously renovated and the level of detail is simply stunning. North, east and west facing open plan living options, multiple decks with stunning views of both the sea and the ranges - views like this are hard to come by and this home is perfectly placed to frame them. Rest under the stars in the private spa. New floors throughout, new underfloor insulation, heat pump, fibre installed, bathroom and second toilet, newly re-plumbed and re-wired, hardiplank exterior, a sunroom, a workshop and an internal access garage for convenience - the list is long and impressive. A huge downstairs bedroom has its own access, so lends itself to overflow accommodation, with two other double bedrooms upstairs, as well as a modern bathroom and two toilets. At just under 1 hour from Wellington city this is a perfect home for a commute for the best of both worlds. Minutes' walk to the beachfront, riverside, and the humming new local Hori gallery/cafe. Life is for living, here's the place to do it well.
