Flooring is wide plank engineered European oak boards with extensive birch veneer joinery throughout. Black steel elements provide contrast to the pale timbers and walls.
An open plan kitchen features integrated appliances from Fisher & Paykel. Lighting is from ECC, and heating provided by a heat pump and Warmington Studio wood fire. All windows are double-glazed.
Situated on a quiet, neighbourhood lane, the home feels private and removed. An established garden wraps the building, and on approach, the house appears to float above the native plantings.
