Jeremy worked with me to secure my first home. He had a noticeable presence when he became involved with the process and made everything simple and understandable. Not only was he a very sharp thinker, he had processes in place that made what is normally a daunting process, a very navigable one. His ability to adapt on the fly was essential, as the seller had sent through a badly copied sale and purchase agreement, which the the bank was hesitant to accept. Jeremy came up with a solution that worked for everyone and we were able to proceed without much stress at all. Not only was he very pro-active, he always had a great attitude, which made the whole process seem way easier than I could've imagined.
