Insights lead. Good result, very happy.

Very happy. Prior to listing we met with three agents. Jeremy came in the best prepared, with a lot of insights that we got value from. He understood the market we would be selling into, and how to give ourselves the best chance to find the right buyer. I really liked his approach in using data to show us exactly what was happening locally. He put us in touch with the right people to get the house prepped for sale - builder, landscaper, stager. We nearly had a hiccup with trying to find some old EQC records. Thankfully he had contacts he was able to call upon who worked some magic to get what was needed. Listed on the Wednesday, under offer by Friday.
