One of the Best

I've worked with quite a few real estate agents over the years and many in Nelson/Tasman recently, both buying and selling. I am happy to say that Kate is one of the best. Carol, you were awesome too! Kate and Carol are very down to earth, no palaver, just stated the facts and told me honestly how things were going. It turned out to be a messy purchase legally but Kate cheerfully kept the wheels turning over many weeks (even when she was on holiday) to get us into the house. In spite of the many difficulties, I never felt stressed. Her years of experience shone through with calmness and excellent communication at all times. If you are looking for a non-pushy, straight-up agent, who always has time for you, I have no hesitation in recommending Kate Bradley.
