Kim was very honest and personable throughout the whole process of purchasing. She was very accomodating and would make herself available at short notice to view the property, which was immensely appreciated. Her knowledge of the property and it's build were excellent. We've been friends for more than 20 years but this is the first time we've had Kim's assistance on buying or selling a house.
