We invited Susie and Lyn to give us an appraisal on our property which we were hoping to sell, We had been to some of their open homes and were impressed with their professional approach and obvious experience. We employed them after meeting them and accepted their appraisal which was spot on. Before each open home Susie came in to help set up and advise on anything needing attention. She also gave us great advice on staging. Susie Sturt had been recommended to us when the time came to sell our home and move to a retirement village. At our request she came to visit us and we immediately found her warm, friendly and very reassuring. The process was a first experience for us and we felt rather apprehensive. Susie was very enthusiastic about the house and felt that it would sell successfully. She outlined the appealing features and and welcomed our comments about how the property had enhanced our lives. She explored intelligently and asked pertinent questions. All through this time she was able to give us reassurancs that she would be beside us to walk us gently through the process. Her advice about presentation for photographs and open homes was very helpful and effective. We appreciated her organisation for these events and found them less intrusive than expected. Timing was thoughtful and and always prompt. Her outgoing personality was infectious and her enthusiastic communication made the process much easier for us.
