James Blackwood & Anna Allen helped the reviewer sell this property

Perseverance and a great result

I had a fantastic experience with James Blackwood and Anna Allen from Tremains Real Estate selling my home in Masterton. From the beginning, James stood out from the other agents I spoke with. He was prepared to entertain the possibility that my property could achieve a higher price and could see potential in it that others perhaps didn’t. Throughout the sale, James was professional, approachable and kept me well informed. When things became a little stressful, his calm and reassuring manner was particularly appreciated. He helped me keep things in perspective and guided me through the process without ever making me feel pressured. In what was a relatively quiet buyer’s market, James and Anna worked hard and ultimately achieved a very reasonable price for the property. I always felt he was focused on getting the best possible result for me. I’m very pleased I chose James and Anna and would have no hesitation recommending him to anyone looking to sell their home in Masterton or the wider Wairarapa.
