Steve was appointed our Real Estate Agent by his parent company, Irelands. His appointment was to sell our rental property in Christchurch on our behalf. Steve was open and honest when assessing our property and gave us excellent advice. He also listened to us and our requirements for the sale and did not seek to squeeze out the last dollar in our favor, which would have lengthened the sale date. Steve dealt professionally with a purchaser who could be described as demanding, but by dealing politely with the purchaser, a sale was finalized. This was an excellent effort by Steve.
