Enjoyable process
We really enjoyed working with Kieren on the sale of our rental property. We received good communication and the whole process was made easy for us.
Pleasantly professional
We reviewed 4 different agencies and finally settled on Nicola of Howard and Co. This was largely based on the fact that Nicola put together an initial offer similar to some other agents; however, she insisted that we sit down in their lovely offices in Raumati Beach and go over it thoroughly. While the others dropped off a proposal and said they would be happy to discuss anything we wanted clarified. It was this willingness to go a little bit further than the others that won Nicola the listing. From that point, the process of pricing, open homes, and finally, through negotiation, was seamless, as Nicola is very experienced.
