This guy is focused in a good way

Our house is a great house and we worked hard to present well. However the market had different ideas and we soon learnt it was not going to be a slam dunk like when we bought it. Time of year, decrease in market values and xmas right in the middle of it all. The price range although very accurate was under a lot of pressure and we saw similar homes struggle to sell. Anthony used his patience and skill to negotiate a sale. This was over 6 months, so it took a very professional approach. I admire his consistent approach, everything he did was honest and open and that was to both parties and we both recognised it. He remained focused when we were getting a bit rattled and he dispensed good advice throughout the process that ended up being very accurate. In the end the house sold, and both parties obviously happy. I rate Anthoney at the top end of the real estate market. Would I sell with him again? You bet.
