Really appreciated the Teamwork displayed by Holly's Team

Originally i met up with Ricky, who was great to talk to - really positive and excited to have the property to sell. I thought that Ricky would be the one doing the open homes etc, but this ended up being done by Sydnee Wallace. Sydnee was fantastic with keeping me updated throughout the whole process. I really hope that Sydnee gets some recognition for all the work that she did as i really appreciated her updates, conversations and guidance. Ricky was also available for any conversations regarding important decisions along the way. We ended up with a great result - much better than i was expecting! Thank you to the team for the Congratulations flowers that you sent to us. It was a nice surprise to come back to after our trip to Rarotonga. The only feedback i would provide is that no "Sold" sign was put up on the signage at the front of the house. It would have been nice to be able to take a photo of this as closure of this chapter in our lives. Also the neighbors mentioned that they had received advertising saying that the house had sold and for how much, but we weren't advised that that was happening. I think it would be nice to let the seller know that you are doing this, especially if no "Sold" sign has gone up. Overall, we had a great experience with this Team and would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else.
