From start to finish, the whole process of buying our new home was smooth and easy. We had an unhurried viewing of the house with Jason, who went around the property with us, discussing its features and answering our questions. That enabled us to decide this was to be our new home. Bev very nicely negotiated with the seller to get a mutually agreed settlement date which worked with all parties. Bev expertly guided us through the buying process and communicated with us promptly and efficiently. She responded quickly to all our questions and requests for next steps. Bev was a godsend as we are elderly and had minimal experience in the selling and buying process in New Zealand.
