Bev and Jason were great to deal with. Very open and helpful. They understood the market, took time to assess our home's value, and provided regular communication on the sale process. Not pushy but good at listening. Their feedback from potential buyers was very honest and useful in reviewing our strategy and pricing. Our sale process was long due to a frustrating title issue but they hung in there providing updates and suggestions to keep things moving forward. Selling a house is a stressful process but Bev and Jason kept is simple and were easy to communicate with. They were themselves, just genuine.
