We found Tai to be unassuming, approachable and honest. He was able to flex to our needs whilst maintaining his quiet integrity (as required by the vendor). Even though it was the Christmas/NY period, he went out of his way to help us find the trades people we needed to get a real picture of what we were buying - very important when you live out of the town you are buying in.
