Joel knows his stuff

Although my son's acted upon my behalf with the purchasing and dealings with Joel, they found him very easy to communicate with and would follow up on any enquiries they had re: the land in a timely manner. My son's would of had heaps of questions before presenting me with the all go to purchase. I do believe that Joel is suited to his profession and would highly recommend him for those wishing to purchase as he definitely knows his surroundings and the commumity in which he resides. So yes a wealth of knowledge and great communication skills along with timeliness skills are a winner in my books!
