The impressive harbour view and proximity to the water will be immediate magnets to boaties and land lubbers alike so whether your crew be big or small, this could be the home for you.
With extensions and changes over the years this home now presents possibilities unexpected from a passing glimpse. There seem to be bedrooms all over the place, upstairs and down, ideal for extended family, teenagers wanting some separation or perhaps to house a boarder or two. Self containing the basement looks distinctly possible (subject to council consents) if that's something you're keen to explore too.
Onerahi Primary School, shops, boat ramp and the airport are all close by, while those harbour views give you a daily reminder of what makes this part of Whangārei so special. What an amazing, ever changing scene to wake to every morning and enjoy either from the deck, yard or inside the house any time of the day or night.
The property is not without its quirks but has served the current owner well as a reliable rental and still has much to offer. With plenty of rooms, harbour views stretching towards the Whangārei Heads, and the added possibility of a self-contained basement, there's plenty here to get excited about.
