I have had the pleasure of trusting Jennifer with the sale of my house. She is hugely knowledgeable and professional. But the things that stood out to me was how she listened and understood my anxieties, not pushing me but partnering me. She communicated and never left me dangling but always answered my texts quickly. I felt so dumb at times with all of the legal and real estate speak but she patiently explained things. She encouraged me to get my house looking sale worthy and congratulated me on work I had achieved. She made me feel very proud of my effort. Not only has Jennifer sold my house at a price I never thought I could get but she has assisted me in the purchasing of my new dream home.
