We were originally going to try sell our house privately but I’m SO glad we went with Chyna in the end. She took all the stress away from us which was invaluable - we get to look back at this experience with fondness because of her. We felt supported and looked after (I was quite emotional at times!) as she walked us through each step with confidence. Every time we spoke she was positive, uplifting, passionate and always had plenty of time for us. Her communication and weekly reports were great. She appreciated all the renovations we had done and we felt that she really believed in the value of our house - and it sold accordingly.
