Helpful and friendly

George was a very friendly and cheerful agent. He was good at organising convenient times for me to view the house outside of OH. When it came time to making an offer on the place, George provided advice on what he thought would be a good offer. Because he wasn’t the listing agent he wasn’t privy to what the listing agent knew. ultimately though I got the house. Perhaps the letter I wrote and George stapled to the offer helped! The gift box was very nice and George had good knowledge of the suburb the house was located which I appreciated. Thanks for all your help!
