Jane was the Selling Agent for the house in which we purchased

We are 2nd time buyers, Jane stood out to us as a very knowledgeable, open and honest agent aswell as incredibly approachable. We saw this place 3 or 4 times and Jane followed up even after having multiple discussions after each viewing with phone calls. In order to get the sale through Jane was incredibly clear about the expectations of the vendor, the various things that were happening to the house as the open homes went on and went above and beyond to try to ensure that both the vendor and ourselves could reach an agreement. Jane has stayed in touch with us post sale to ensure things are solid despite no need to do so aswell as connecting us with relevant people to give us continuity with nuances like paint type and the like keeping us removed from the vendor which is well and truly appreciated. The amount of extra effort Jane put in for the vendor is incredibly commendable and even as the buyers we were very appreciative of the amount of information provided and the approachability of Jane. I would thoroughly recommend Jane as an agent, we went through multiple open homes with many different agents and she was a standout among all of them and would recommend her to others in future when considering selling their home.
