Guidance from overseas

We contacted Clare while we were still living in Australia when we saw a house we liked on trademe. She got back to us quickly, efficiently and was very helpful and friendly. We ended up flying to NZ that evening to look at houses the next day. Clare showed us around a number of properties in the area, price range and fitted the lifestyle we were looking for. This was all on extremely short notice (<24hrs) and on her day off too! After a whirlwind of a week, we bought a house at auction. Clare organised for us to bid via phone at the auction and also finding a mortgage broker. We couldn't have managed without her expertise!
