Wise analysis and advice

We asked a small number of agents for their proposals. Layne (and Mark) were neither the cheapest nor the dearest, but were compatible from the start, and there was no real doubt that we would choose them. They listened to what we wanted to do, and why; rather than telling us what they would be imposing. The sale took a while (as they do in our sector of the market). Layne worked away and encouraged/assisted the buyer so that when they presented the buyer to us we went from initial offer to conditional then unconditional contract in four days. We are very satisfied.
