Tom is a very genuine, heart felt agent! We have been looking at properties for over a year. Nothing is too much trouble and he is super patient. He is not pushy and never made us feel uncomfortable even when contract falls through. Always prompt with a smile on his face. I highly recommend Tom to any one who is looking for a home or property.

Tom sold what no one else could sell...
Tom is awesome: he got us a signed offer for our property within only 1 month of engaging him after multiple other agents failed to get us an offer at all in 6+ months. The house was a new build with above average spec's and below average price per sqm asking-price. We sold at asking price and Tom was a great communicator throughout and spent countless hours negotiating the deal. His help was incalculable. Tom is hard and smart working and is always patient on the phone and in person, well-spoken and has an understanding of different building technologies which is incredibly helpful when selling something that is above average. He has his own video equipment and the backing and dataset of a large Real Estate Firm (Harcourts) to reach a broad audience.
