Magic Ladies, Top Service, Bubbly Personalities, Kim & Deb are dedicated to their work and clients

Right from the get-go, it was never going to be a walk in the park to sale the property, as Rebeca and I live in Australia. We had a small window of opportunity late last year (2023) for a meet with Kim in Auckland. Kim's friendly professional approach to the situation was second to none. Kim detailed to us the scenarios/detail that we need to be aware of for a property sale in the New Zealand market. Kim-Maree made us feel very comfortable and at ease. Initial documentation we had before heading back, followed by valuation reports, market comparisons for the area, once back in Australia. January 2024 the property went to market. At the time the property had tenants, making the ladies job (Kim & Deb) a challenge to say the least. Once the tenant had vacated the property, the ladies, along with the help of their team (Kris at the Port Realty 201 Ltd), arranged for, Bond Cleaners, the gardens/lawns were tidied, assisted with both the water and power reconnected, situations difficult to arrange from Australia, and all very muchly appreciated. This showing to us a commitment, going the extra mile, from Kim, Deb and the team as the agents, also ensuring the property had been presented to its best possible, in order to achieve a positive result. The New Zealand property market has been like a Roll Coaster ride in 2024, as a result the sale process was dragged out. During this time Kim/Deb remain very professional/positive, always in contact, keeping us updated with the situation, also presenting us with different options. In June we received the call, there had been an offer made on the property. After a bit off back and forth, we accepted an offer, the joint went unconditional late June 2024. Kim, Deb and team, an incredible journey, thank you for your professionalism, persistence, your loyalty, we sincerely appreciated all your efforts. Rebecca and I would highly recommend, Kim - Maree, Debra and the team at Port Realty 201 Ltd as your agents.
