The reason we went with Edward was because he was interested in us a people rather than just someone who wanted to sell their home, that is what clinched it for us. Before we chose Harcourts Edward would visit dad every so often to say hi, and not to pressure us to go with him. After the decision was made Edward told us exactly what he had planned, took great photos, and a great write-up for the advertisement. He kept in contact with us every week and was up front with how the market was, what other properties we were competing against for selling and rough prices so we knew that we were aiming at the right market. He was always professional but I also consider him to be a friend now.
