Glorious rural views from every angle, and yes there is power on site, in case you decide to build a bigger home in the future, with a generous area separately fenced off from the lawn and gardens for a grazing paddock. Currently an air B and B this Tiny house comes complete with a petanque court, 25,000 water tank with filter and pump, plus all the linen, furnishings, shade sail and even the BBQ. Garden shed, plus the 2nd waterless toilet in a separate outside shed.
The Tiny house was built in 2017, from the reputable company Build Tiny based near Tauranga.
