Sold spectacularly at auction what more do I need to say?

Quite a bit actually. I think the reason Scott and Team Ledger get such spectacular results is that they love what they do and enjoy doing it really well. The smiles are genuine. They are on time and well presented. Their knowledge is well researched and clearly conveyed. They communicate well using WhatsApp to keep the whole team in the loop. There was a constant stream of potential buyers coming through the property and getting personal attention not just being told to come to the open homes. The advertising was fabulous with video and drones as well as 3D. We highly recommend the teamThis is the second property they have sold for us and we were completely confident to ask them to market our home and we’re not disappointed.
