This is our second time dealing with Glenn and Team Green. The property we sold was originally bought through Glenn and the service was so good we were keen to work with him again. This time around we not only dealt with Glenn but also the wonderful Trish Moore, From the first meeting they were amazing Glenn and Trish took the time to work through what our goals were, what we expected from them and the time frame that was best for us, They are both very straight up and easy to deal with and we never felt pressured or stressed. Once we had made the decision to list everything just flowed easily from there, Trish got the property listed with absolutely stunning photos and video, they clearly have a fantastic team working with them to get the property presented at the highest standard. Trish conducted open homes over several weeks and some private viewings. Open homes were well attended and we always received great feedback from Trish. Marketing and social media exposure on the property was excellent and we got great feedback from the Harcourts team on the views and engagement with the overall marketing campaign. It wasn't long before we had interested parties leading to multiple offers and a successful sale. In a challenging market Glenn and Trish were able to get us a fantastic result while providing outstanding and professional service. I cant say selling was stress free, I think big events like this will always be a little bit stressful but having the support of exceptional people like Glenn, Trish and their team make it a lots easier.
