Professional, Helpful, and Easy to Work With

We recently purchased a property through Troy, with great support from Diana, and the experience was excellent from beginning to end. Troy was professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the process. The experience has been soured by the way in which the vendors left the house (absolutely filthy house, garbage all through recycling bin, materials that we requested removed from under house were put under deck and behind garden shed) which is not Troy's fault, however he did tell us at the viewing the vendor would re-erect the fence - this was not done. We were been pleased with the service we received and would recommend Troy and Diana to anyone looking to buy or sell. Please just add a cleaning clause to your contract and make sure things that were supposed to be fixed on pre-settlement check and not give vendors benefit of the doubt because they were still busy packing.

We felt we had great communication with Troy and the Harcourts team. As vendors we were listened to, but also educated to market conditions and we felt as if we were all working as a team to get the house sold with the best conditions for our situation.
