Off the scale AWESOME

My experience with Jacob started over a year ago. I was a first home buyer walking into one of the first few homes I looked at. After having met a few agents already, I knew once I met Jacob that he was the only agent I wanted to deal with. His transparency, honesty, realism and super awesome attitude had me telling friends and family about him pretty quickly. Their response was “all real estate agents are like that, it’s all fake”, but honestly, Jacob’s vibe was one of a kind. He helped me over this year as my buying agent with nothing to go by, in the hardest market New Zealand has ever seen. He even put out on ad on multiple radio stations with my name, what I was looking for and to please get in touch with him. As a first home buyer with uneasy conditions in a HOT market. I wasn’t able to compete at auctions. I went to multi-offer scenarios and lost over and over. Fair to say, through the year I nearly gave up many of times, but this man right here stuck with me, we kept in touch even when I’d given up for weeks at a time. He knew that the price range I was looking at was below average, some would say even impossible! But with no pay day, no perks and no promises, he 100% proved my trust in him to be right, and proved the real estate agent stereo types all wrong. He really was there to help… after some work on my end getting into a better buying position. I called him with some good news, he sent me a listing that I thought was far out of my league. But with a A LOT of help from Jacob here, and again… no promises, I can now write this testimonial saying that I have now spent 5 weeks in my first home. My first home that completely exceeded my expectations. Fair to say, I’m one happy customer! Jacob, I cannot thank you enough and I truly believe that I couldn’t have done this without you. I have no doubt your intentions are the best possible and you have shown that through progressive actions more times than I can count. You’re changing the game. Thank you Jacob.
