Marlena was fabulous in many ways including: Prompt responses Accurate information Willingness to go the extra kilometre, we only viewed the property once as we live a long way from it, and Marlena did a FaceTime video with us, and gave measurements of spaces so we could assess where to put things and if they would fit.
