Will come again

It wasn't the first time we worked with Happy, but it was the first experience as a vendor. I was aware, that selling this property would not be easy, but Happy kept calm, collected and worked through all the prep making it look effortless. It took a bit of time to get the process going in current market conditions, but Happy kept showing up and looking after open homes. What really made the difference though was Happy's negotiation skills at the closing stages of contract going unconditional. I don't know what magic he employed to close the deal, but the result has certainly exceeded my expectations. It was a turbulent time, but I always felt supported and looked after. I couldn't have asked for a better agent - and I know who I'll reach out to when the time comes to sell again.
