Tania was magic! So professional, yet friendly. She really listened and took on board my needs as well as conveying her marketing strategy in an open & honest way and being willing to change things in consultation with me. Extremely responsive when I needed questions answered. Patient when explaining things. And as she had promised from the Gecko, I was in charge of all the decisions from woah to go. The Harcourts Team as a whole were excellent and my auctioneer on the day of my auction, Lisa, was a Star! She achieved a result beyond my expectations for me.
