Sean and his team have recently sold my house , I am very grateful for the way this was handled . My instruction apart from my desired price was that I didnt need to know anything about the people looking , nor the numbers , I merely wanted a succesful purchase contract . To his credit this was achieved , I will continue to use Sean in future , and would highly recommend him to anyone who is a little unsure of the process , he is very down to earth , energetic , and willing to patiently explain the process involved .
