We found Cyrena Xiao approachable, attentive (but not overwhelming), flexible and positive.  Cyrena proactively checked in with us to see how we were progressing over the weeks and was keen to ensure we had all the information to make an informed decision.   Cyrena herself was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions. What we loved about Cyrena was that if she didn't know the answer, Cyrena would find out quickly for us. It was a real pleasure to work with Cyrena and we would have no hesitation working with Cyrena again.
