Market knowledge and professionalism communication all good

We were trying to sell in a depressed market , always difficult for seller and agent . Interest in the property was never great and to finally get a sale was pleasing ,if not at the price either us or Dan had hoped for . But at no time did he make unrealistic promises of what we could expect for the property. This I feel is the measure of a good real estate agent ,to inform the seller of what they can expect ,and not not make claims that can not be met . Dan has been in the business for many years ,and his honesty in appraisals of the value of properties is possibly a reason he has remained in this occupation for so long . In summary despite a poor number of potential buyers ,the sale was down in good time, at a price we could accept .
