Jill made our transition from 'we're just looking' to finally purchasing absolutely seamless.

After greeting us and taking our details Jill stepped back and allowed the house to speak for itself. The furniture and lighting were staged so that the living spaces and ambience were self explanatory. Jill stayed in the background until needed, and then provided relevant details of the sale procedure, price bracket expectation, neighbouring developments etc. She facilitated the paper work, forwarded our offer to the vendor and negotiated the final purchasing agreement in a professional and friendly manner. When the time came Jill even invited us to put the sold sign on the board at the front of the property and take photos. The whole experience from start to finish was stress free and enjoyable.
