What can Dan offer: Honesty. Dan will never rip someone off. He consistently got the best deal possible for me. He always worked in my interests no matter what. Dan always says he would rather a sale didn't go through then end up with people unhappy with the outcome. Some agents are the opposite they will do anything to get a sale. Reliability. If needed Dan is always available for advice. Adaptability - often deals require compromise. Several times Dan and I talked over deals that were challenging, and Dan was able to suggest work arounds that the seller and I were happy with but had not thought of. Marketing skills - Dan has a lot of knowledge in marketing. He knows how to market things in ways that others don't He can do this as he's extremely tech savy, has a strong marketing background and maintains a large network of people who can offer multiple options. This is crucial. It means Dan can find what you actually want rather than whatever the market appears to throw up that week. For example, Dan will know of good deals in the market. He will also know of investors who are looking for particular products. His technical know-how allows him to reach a huge potential market that other agents just don't have access too. What all of this equates to is Dan can get you a great deal. Buying or selling can be a stressful time. However, with Dan hes always got a joke and puts people at east. This is important. Dan is someone who exemplifies honesty and decency. As a buyer this is something that is crucial. It means sellers who approach Dan are more likely to get their place sold as people are confident in Dan. With some agents buyers get nervous as they feel like they are dealing with a used car dealer. I never felt this with Dan.
